Windscreen still not repaired

On 9 December 2013 I contacted MiWay to put in a claim for a damaged windscreen on our Polo Classic. The claim was lodged with a company of their choice for repairs. A guy phoned me the day after and told me that he will give it through to their Centurion branch. On 17 December 2013 no one has contacted me or made arrangements for the windscreen to be fixed so I phoned MiWay again. They connected me with Nkululeko (not sure who he is). He told me that they had to order the windscreen. I then told him that we are going on holiday the 21st and I need it to be fixed before then. Till today no one from MiWay or the repairer has contacted us. The windscreen is still not repaired. We went on holiday and I was asked to stop at a roadblock in Ermelo. I received a fine for the windscreen damages of R1 500. We pay a lot of money for insurance and this is the service we receive! Not happy!!!
