I have insured my BMW 320d 2013 model with MIWay paying premium of R 2100-00 per months. On the 28 January 2014 a lodge a claim for windscreen replacement. A technician was assigned and they came to my work place and replace my windscreen. the problem is the windscreen which was installed to my vehicle is not original and further that the following day the rear fall off of the windscreen.

A complain was lodge however Lindy Dlovu failed dismally to attend to my complain and his reason was he had already spend money in the replacement of the windscreen and they can only arrange 24/fix to fix the mirror.

during the time when I took this policy I was advised that all replacement which will be done in my car it will be original. now I am surprised. If I know that I would not have insured my vehicle with Miway.
I very much disappointed and I think I can start spreading the word that miway is not good insuarance. anyway I have cancel my policy with immediate effect. and further that all my company cars which is insured by Miway I am in the process of cancelling the policy if you can check CS 97 BM GP, CK 21 YH GP
