Unacceptable Service

I contacted Alexander Forbes on 14/11/2013 to check whether I was eligible for the Standard Bank Surplus apportionment. The lady I spoke to checked the systems using my ID number and personal details and confirmed that my name was indeed on the batch and that I should send in my application forms which she faxed to me on the same day. I even got a reference number for the call: 33607. My documents were sent through early in January and when I called today to enquire on the progress of my application I was told by Thulani that my name was never on any of their batches and I am not due for entitlement at this point. I was also told that the reference number I was given does not exist??? How it is possible for my name and my reference number to simply vanished all of a sudden.
My documents have been sent through and I don't care how many more batches need to be run. I am not willing to wait. I want to know if a nil return was submitted to the FSB and under my name and i want to know their response. Fact: I want my money now!
