I am totally disappointed in how my claim has been handled. I have resigned from Standard Bank on the 29 November 2013. All relevant documentation has been submitted and I was provided with a reference (444509 - from the bank upon my last day). I then called the call centre on the 08 January 2014 and was advised that my forms where not complete therefore they could not process the claim, when I called the bank they told me that they submitted everything correctly therefore they were able to provide me with a reference number that was issued by AF. Nevertheless I then sent through the forms again which was done on the 09 January 2014. The claim has been there since and every time I call I am told that it is with the admin department. Please could someone expedite the process further and advise when will I get paid. I would appreciate if this could e resolved before the end of January.
