Dear Alexander Forbes
I submitted my claim on the 27th February 2013 and shortly got antext message advising that my claim form had been received. On the 08th April I got another text advising that my claim process had now started and that it would take 10 working days.
This morning I called Alexander Forbes to check up on my claim as it has exceeded 10 working days and was told by a customer care consultant that my tax number was invalid.
How could this be as its the same tax reference number i have had since 2007. I do pay and taxes and submit to all the tax requirement. i still took out my tax details to confirm that this was the same and its was.
I contacted SARS and they confirmed the same tax number.
Please can I have my claim resolved as soon as possible as its long overdue.
