Patience Has Simply Run Out

Since November 2013, i've been trying to get a statement for the Vehicle Finance account that my late father had with ABSA, and when querying it at the ABSA Sandton Branch, i was eventually led to speak to manager called Thato Mokonyane. Stories of why the SIMPLE STATEMENT was taking months to arrive from Head Office were endured, and the classic stories of "it takes X amount of business days" to obtain were also endured.
I have now waited close to THREE MONTHS TO GET A SIMPLE STATEMENT OF AN ACCOUNT, only to be told on Monday, 20 January 2014, that Thato Mokonyane no longer works at the branch.
I am fed up with the carelessness and contempt that both Thato and some coloured line manager at the branch have displayed in this matter, and need this statement of this car account THIS WEEK.
Some people are just plain useless when it comes to helping clients.
