I have resigned from Edcon Group 3 months ago and filled out a pension claim form for funds from Alexandra Forbes to be paid into my bank account. Elona Nair my Human Resource manager, assisted me through the process in July and submitted the claim. Its 3 months now and I still haven't received any money. I called Alexandra Forbes pension department and spoke to Thulani, and after giving him my personal details as required, I was told that apparently I am NOT on their system. I NEED ANSWERS as to where my money is. I called Elona and she said she sent a query to Alexandra Forbes and will give me feedback when they respond. I am still waiting.
