On the 6th Feb I received an sms from A Forbes saying: pmt from your Retirement Fund effected. Please contact A Forbes should bank not confirm pmt after 3 days, i then received another sms from them on the 7th Feb stating your pmt has been rejected due to an automated bank validation process. Please call A Forbes, I contacted them on the 8th of Feb only to be told that my surname on the forms provided was spelt incorrectly, I needed to send through my bank statement which I did the very same day hoping it would take a day or two to rectify I was told by the consultant the 7 to 10 day process had to begin all over again. Each time I had contacted A Forbes the consultants could not advise to the process of my claim. The final call I had made yesterday 20th Feb, I was told the same thing so I asked to speak to the administrator and she advised that clients can not speak to the administrator, the query will have to be escalated to her supervisor who will be able to provide feedback after 24 hours. its 24 hours and still no feedback this incompetency is unacceptable.
