No Feedback From Alexander Forbes Insurance

First Email sent 11 Nov 2013 after car got broken into on Sat 9 November
I have had very poor service from Alexander Forbes.
First of all no window could be found and AF told me to try find a window myself and pay for it - I will have to claim it back myself (Problem I have here as the Claims department from Alexander Forbes does not work over weekends). Glass Fit gave me a reference number 1867610 and till now I have not heard anything from them. Land rover Menlyn contacted me this morning and advised that they will order the window and fit it by this afternoon. The other problem I have was that I could not drive as a single female with a vehicle without a window and wanted to know if AF could arrange a vehicle? Yet again Claims were not open and I was told to Pay for it and then AF Claims will look into it on Monday when everyone is back at work? Europe car wanted to Freeze my Credit Card for nearly 10k - an inconvenience to the customer.
19 November - after more emails - No call to assist - Keeps sending claim forms that has been submitted. Asked for advise from Zandre yesterday - still no call or mail. Left messages with reception!!
