Arrogance and bad attitude

On the 8th of Jan 2014 I went into the bank and asked which queue to stand in to transfer funds to another banks account I was shown tellers queue I waited for an hour I went to the teller who arrogantly told me that I'm supposed to stand in the enquiries queue and start another queue again I told him I would draw money instead of starting another queue he responded that I hv top put in notice to draw money. How cn I tell sum1 I'm going to withdraw so much of cash. Wouldn't that person inform his to wait for me when I come out with the cash. They simply don't care about our safety.
