I always talk about Fnb's good service, I was surprised when I went to Bosman Station Mall on Friday.
The service I got from Sifiso Ngobeni is bad, That consultant must be given training or taken to back office.
1. I went to the bank and sat for about 8minutes, then I asked Sfiso who was the only consultant in front at that time if he is the only consultant working- His response was-SIT THERE I WILL HELP YOU.
2. After 20 minutes - he finished assisting the other customer, I went to his desk and asked him to increase my daily limit.- His response: He cannot increase the limit on the type of account I have, I will have to go to shoprite/ pick and pay to draw money, I asked if I cannot get money from the fnb tellers and he said no.
3. Asked him to assist me as I cannot be able to access/do internet banking, I need him to change my cell number so that i can be able to reset my login detatis.
Basically I spent an hour in this branch for mahala.
I went to the other branch in town and I got the money from teller, was even told that my limit can be increased.
