I am sick and tired and on the verge of changing banks, I applied for a pre approved vehicle loan via telephone was told it would be emailed to me ( [Email Removed] still waiting, everytime I phone in my security questions are out dated, I receive a bank statement at my new address, but when talking on the phone you still have an address from when I first started banking with you (shows you how long I've been putting up with this rubbish) my telephone number was incorrectly entered by you (2 digits changed around) now I have to suffer the inconvenience, as for prestige banking, what a joke, every time I get told its all sorted out then back to square one, I'm sick of been told I need to go to my branch to update my details, been there and done that still rubbish, I would like some service, I am applying for vehicle finance and would expect that my bank would support me and help me out with the best deal possible, I suppose I should hold my breath, I've supported you all these years, can I have some support from my bank please
