Time to change my bank

I have been in and out of branches so many times and i still cant do an EFT!!!
i have updated my cell no like 3 times already and yet they provide me with a number i had back in 2009, same goes for my email address...
i have been with STD bank for 12 years now and i am not happy at all!!!
why have a call centre if no one can help me!!!
when it asks you to push #3 for Internet banking, yet i hold for sooo long just for someone to say, this is general banking sir, let me put you through to Internet banking, then you wait another 10min!!!
And all that just for them to tell you to go to the branch because from their side they cant help!!!

IM SICK OF STANDARD BANK AND THEIR 10000000 THINGS YOU NEED TO DO JUST TO PAY MY RENT!!!

NOT ONCE IN 12 YEARS DID STANDARD BANK EVER CONTACT ME TO ASK IF I WANT A CREDIT CARD OR A LOAN OR ANY OTHER SERVICE, YET OTHER BANKS HELP ME MUCH FASTER...!!!

THANK YOU STANDARD BANK, SIMPLER BETTER FASTER WITH ONLY TAKING MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING ANY GOOD GENERAL SERVICE!!!
