Recently changed from a normal achiever account to Standard Banks Prestige banking. This is after years of them trying to get me to change. I personally did not see any benefit in changing in the past as I did all my banking online and rarely went into the bank.
However recently my arm was twisted to change to Prestige banking.
And since then, I've had the worst service ever.
I cannot get hold of my Prestige banker in spite of numerous emails by either myself or my wife.
I end up having to do all my transactions on my own (in any case).
I did not receive any preferential treatment when I contacted SB wrt car finance, a point that Agnus specifically brought up as a benefit to joining.
