I am a customer of Fnb and i recently applied for vehicle finance. When i got to the branch to produce all the documents needed, the service agent enters incorrect details in my application. They amount that i earn was entered incorrectly, she entered a lower amount and this caused my application to decline. When i contacted the vehicle finance department, they say i need to email all documents to them, what was the use of me going into a branch, waiting in the queue to deal with a service agent? Well FNB should change their slogan from " How can we help you? " to "How can we inconvenience you? "
The most suprising thing is that a bank that i never dealt with in my life which is ABSA has already approved my vehicle finance and the procedure was quick and easy. I am going to move all my banking over to ABSA.
