Terrible assistance

I applied for a further advance on my existing home loan on 17/01/2013. On Wednesday 30/01/2013 someone from ABSA's home loans department contacted my husband and said that the advance was approved. We were provided with a reference number (4659062) and told to go to our branch, quote the number and have the money transferred. Saturday 02/02/2013 we went to the Eastgate branch and spoke to someone at client services to arrange for the payment as per the consultant's instructions. They had no idea what we needed or what we were talking about. When I quoted the reference number they said that it meant nothing to them and that they couldn't help us since home loans was not open on a Saturday. They had me fill in a form to have my flexi reserve activated but could not tell me if this was what was needed and what I had to do next to get my money paid out. On Monday 04/02/2013 I phoned ABSA home loans only to be told that they cannot help me and I had to deal with registrations. Registrations could not help me either as they hadn't received anything from the branch. I am sick and tired of being passed around from one person to the next without anyone actually helping me!
