Terrible customer service, 2 months without my ca

My car went in for repairs on 5 December 2012, at first my car was towed to the wrong yard for assessment. No one informed me, I phoned them to find out about the progress, and they told me they are moving my vehicle to the appropriate place to be assessed.
I was assigned a repair consultant. The repair consultant never phoned me with updates; I always had to phone her. She emailed me a response to inform me that my vehicle would possibly be ready for collection the following day (29 January 2013). I took a day's leave waiting to go collect my vehicle from TC panel beaters. The car was not fixed properly and said they will fix it and deliver my car at home. They delivered to vehicle at my house (30 January 2013), the vehicle was still not fixed appropriately and was taken back agian!
I received a sms from first for women to rate their service on 31 January 2013. I smsed back and gave them a zero rating, a man phoned me to find out about the bad rating. I explained the situation and he said he would ask the appropriate person to contact me about my complaint.
