4 Jan 2013 I wanted to withdraw money from my Flexisave (home loan) account. I have an available amount of R55 500 that I can withdraw. I went to hartebeespoort branch to withdraw the amount, they were unable to assist and they phoned absa home loans and then ibsupport, After an hour I was told I must do it on the Internet banking and I was unable to and the lady who was helping me couldn't. I had to go after they told me, they will phone me about the outcome. I phoned Home loan flexisave dep and spoke to Thoko 116 and she told me there is nothing they can do I must go back to the branch
5 Jan 2013 I went to Brits mall branch I spent the whole day there but I couldn't be assisted. I phoned customer care I was transferred to telephone banking and then to Internet banking but nobody could help me. I just dropped a call now, I phoned general enquirers and I couldn't be assisted

Who at Absa is supposed to assist me. I wasted my time, airtime but I didn't get assistance. Was I saving in my Flexisave to be given this attitude? If Absa can't solve this who else will solve it?
