No response from Home Loans division

I phoned the Home Loans call centre on 18 Nov to apply for a home loan. The agent provided a reference number and said a sales consultant would contact me within 48 hours. The next day I saw that there were 3 missed calls on my cellphone from a private number, but no message. I contacted the call centre again on 20 November to find out if someone could help me or advise on the application process. The call centre agent informed me that she would have to resubmit my details in order for a consultant to contact me as the call centre could not directly contact the sales consultants. She provided me with a new reference number. I waited until Monday 25 Nov, but no-one contacted me. I phoned the call centre again and the agent said she would submit a message on the system for the sales consultant to contact me urgently. No-one contacted me. Does Absa realise that an offer to purchase is only valid for a certain time period? It has been a week since I contacted Absa for the first time on this matter and I haven't even started the application process.
