Not even the branch staff knows why???

I withdrew money from my flexi reserve is Dec 2012. Prior to the transaction I phoned the the home loan department and they said the withdrawel can be made.
After the money was withdrawn from the Vaal Mall branch I received a call from the Absa loans department that informed me I was in arrears with something like R850-00 on my account.
Ihave been paying more than my actual amount on this account for about the past 2 years.
I asked the person that called me how it was possible and she said it was because I withdrew the money within 3 days of my actual payment date and the interest had not been calculated.
According to the person, had I waited three days the payment would not be in arrears.
I went to the Vaal Mall branch to querie the problem and no one at the branch had even heard about something like this.
No one could help me.
Why was I not informed about the 3 day thing when I applied for the flexi reserve?
In january 2013 I again received a cal from the home loans department that informed me my account was in arrears.
I asked the person to please explain to me how my account was in arrears and she said she did not know and would contact me later.
