Cannot Open Business Account

We first tried to open a bank account at Kroonstad to send paperwork to Richards Bay for my partner to go in and sign, after 4 weeks we have heard nothing, no feedback and it turn out Richards Bay branch lost our paperwork.

I decided I'm going to give FNB another chance by opening a business account online. It was immediately active and I could start using FNB instant accounting and transfer money into our FNB business account out of our Nedbank Business account. The money went in but nowhere do they mention you cannot actually pay anybody otherwise we would have kept money into our Nedbank account.

But this is not the point, long story short we couriered each other the paperwork privately to ensure that each partner receives and signs the paperwork.

Me and my business partner live in separate areas and we completed our application online, couriered each other the paperwork and handed it in in Kroonstad FNB to activate our account.

The lady at FNB Kroonstad did not know what to with an online application but neither seemed to give the impression that she would find out or help. 4 weeks later, numerous calls daily, angry suppliers and a locked account, nobody can help us.
