DISAPPOINTING SERVICES AND UN PROFFESSIONAL CONSUL

I APPLIED AN ONLINE BOND WITH NEDBANK LAST YEAR JULY 2012 AND WAS TOLD THAT I MUST OPEN AN WITH NEDBANK FOR MY APLICATION TO BE APPROVED . I WAS REFFERED TO THE NEAREST BRACH WHICH IS NEDBANK GLEN MARAIS WERE I WAS TOLD TO ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT . IN SEPTMEBER I WAS NOTIFIED THAT MY APPLICATION WAS REJECTED AND HAD NO USE OF THIS ACCOUNT. JANUARY 2013 I CALLED THE GLEN MARAIS BRANCH ENQUIRIES TO NOTIFY THEM THAT THEY MUST CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT AND TELEPHONICALY I WAS REQUESTED ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND AFTER THAT I WAS TOLD AGAIN TO SEND A MAIL TO THE SAME E-MAIL ADRESS I WAS RECIEVING MY MAILS TO WHICH I DID AGAIN IN WRITTING . A YEAR AFTER THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT INSERVICE I RECEIVED 2 CALLS FROM NEDBANK LEGAL DEPT ASKING ME ABOUT OUTSTANDING R577.73 THAT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO PAY .I EXPLAIN TO THE CONSULTANT AND WAS REFFERD TO THE BRANCH . TODAY I MAKE TIME AND VISITED THE BRANCH WERE I WAS DIRECTED TO THE BRANCH MANAGER I SPOKE TO THE BRANCH MANAGER WITH THE HOPE TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO .AND THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT GOING TO BE CLOSED. WHAT MUST I DO I NEED TO CLOSE IT OFF?
