No feedback on claim, no communication

I was driving on the highway when somebody throws something from a bridge and it damaged the glass sliding roof of my Audi A1 on 17 January 2014. The claim was submitted to Miway and the authorisation request was send to us via E-Mail on 22 January 2014 stipulated that the panel beater will contact us to book a date to bring the vehicle in for repairs and for any information regarding the claim we must call Pontsho Moeketsi on 011 990 0530. He did not answer his phone and I left more than 12 messages for call back already.
Up to date he did not gave us any feedback on the process and according to the panel beaters witch I called yesterday they wait for the spares and it will take another week before they get the spares. I called customer care at miway and a very friendly lady by name Polina try to help us and call the panel beater as well. The panel beaters tell her that it will take at least another 21 working days before they received the spares. That means my vehicle will only be repaired by the middle of March if they received the spares. That sounds not right and the insurance must sort it out or give us better feedback at least. Now who must I believe or what is the story.
