Frustrated with Claims dept

I logged my claim on the 27th after i had my accident on the 26th December 2012. Since then Miway does not even make an effort to contact me to tell me what is happening with my Claim. Johan Ras does not even reply to my emails and the dozens of messages I left for him. My car was at the assessment centre on the 7 January 2013, when i call on the 15 January I was told that it was still not assessed. This is after 7 days now that nothing has been done.

So I called the call centre again and again until I was transferred to the manager, Runtendo on the 15th January. She promised to give me a call back on the 16 January saying that my car will be assessed then and I will have the report. I mean even if there is no report yet but she should fulfil her promise to call me back. Now i have to sit on the phone and listen to their music " things done MiWay'..clearly nothing is done Myway

On the 16 January 2013, I called again, held on for over 15 minutes on their call centre and spoke to Pam. I left a message for Rutendo to call me back. No Call. I have given up on Johan Ras calling me, clearly he has no interest in assisting me with this claim. Frustrated!!! This is the worst service!!!
