I have switch from my previous Bank, joined FNB. I am Premier client and have been asking for a Consultant to assist me with regard to my banking needs - as this is one of the selling points by FNB and I do qualify for this service. This dates back in November last year, 2013. Todate I am getting a run around, until I recently spoke to Bridgette, her last emaile dated 10th Jan 2014 was saying I will get assistance by Monday 13th Jan. Today is 20th Jan I still have not received a phone call or email.
Aamazing how once they have landed a client all the promises are not lived up. How can we HELP is the FNB tag line, since joining FNB its been impsossible to get Help. How can you mislead the public like this?
