SERVICE TERRIBLE

I submitted my claim on 08 June 2013, The consultant who assisted me was MOLEBOGENG, ZELDA ROGERS AND COLETTE (SENIOR/MANAGER). On the 3rd of July I get a call advising me to go to the panel beaters. Only to find out that some of the damages were not listed on the panel beaters report from the insurance. I requested they get the authorisation from MIWAY before i hand my car over to avoid any delays as it took long enough for MIWAY to send me to a panel beater. Two weeks later and still no response after leaving messages and sending email with confirmation, and the nerve of Molebogeng to ask me when you sent it. Today is the 26th July and Molebogeng calls me to say how can i assist you, 48 days later. I mean really what does one have to do to get service from a company that gets their money end of the month from you. I have to say I'm really disgusted with the kind of service I'm getting from MIWAY TEAM. I was expecting more as a paying client.
