Terrible Service

On Monday (25 Nov) I had an accident when a guy drove into me. I lodged the claim, my claim was authorized. At least that wasn't to bad but then Miway had no Panel beater whom could assist in repairing my vehicle. This first opening was 27 Jan 2014.I mean really it is holiday and who wants to sit without a car. I've asked Miway for another panel beater on their panel and no response. I tried to google but had no luck. This wonderful assessor at Miway could assist me after I contacted him and he found me a panel beater and my vehicle is in the repair process. Amen. The complaint here is that nobody contacted me during the entire week last week. My claim advisor only sent a few emails. But no assistance in finding a panel beater... I probably called Miway 8 times. Last week I received my latest Policy schedule.with only one vechicle covered. Again I had to request why only one vehicle-what about the car which was in the accident and is being repaired at the moment. WHOW to find out the car was 'n write off and is no longer cover..WHAT???
You will be surprised to know that nobody is coming back to me regarding this matter.it stresses me out. I am so frustrated. My car is okay but without cove
