I am just disgusted with the level of service

When we got my Wive wedding ring we pay'd R5000 for it as soon as we added it to our insurance I was advice to add a little more on it as it was a specified item because it will cost more in a couple of years time. So she lost her ring somewhere jumped trough all the hoops and lodged a claim at Dial Direct for it. After waiting more than a week and me phoning the whole time and getting the response the agent is waiting for quotes and never phoning me back I get told they will only pay out the R5000.00. In my mind because it was a specified item the should pay out the amount I insured. What happened to the quotes was it more than 5000 so they went on the valuation certificate amount. So what happens to the extra money I paid every month over the last couple of years on 6500? I am just disgusted with the level of service, had to phone every day leaving messages and never hearing anything back and it took more than a week, where I was told it would be 2 to 3 working days, and not getting out what I specified and pay'd for!!!
