I am furious! This is the 5th time I am calling regarding this CS passes the buck once again
I dissolved my partnership 3 months ago & have submitted documents to NEDBANK stating that my ex business partner has no access to my account. I have been locked out of my internet banking. Nedbank is still sending the removed partner business correspondence & he is still the contact person on their records! I am running a business here - using YOUR SHOCKING services! You cost me time & resources!! I am constantly in the bank correcting NEDBANKS errors & LACK OF SERVICE! I expect you to remedy this today!
