Good day
I was at two Nedbank Brunches and the service I recieved was bad. I first went to the Nedbank brunch at 15:15 on the 10/10/2013 at Eloff street and i was told by the receptionist that the business banking manager is not seeing any clients because she is tiered. I left the Nedbank at Eloff street and went to the Nedbank at Carlton centre. This time I met with the banking manager but she seemed more interested in her BMW and conducting her personnel business and this was at 15:55 10/10/2013.
I was looking forward at opening a business account at Nedbank. It just shows how poor the recruiters judge of character is and one would think since nedbanks core market is business banking that they would be more profesional.
