After my fianc? e bumped, we claimed on the 22nd November 2013 till to date we still don't have the car back and nobody is doing follow ups or updating me in this regard, I'm always chasing them, call the contact Centre and the agents just say claims department will call you back but nothing happens, kingprice know nothing about courtesy call or service delivery..my woman now doesn't have a car/transport and we have new baby and i'm based in PTA they are in Limpopo, after this saga I want nothing to do with them. They even failed to extend the car hire days
