On a daily basis i am getting a commuter generated call from standard bank threatening me for an unpaid loan account... which isn't mine.its a complete invasion of my privacy, i have now been on hold for more than 30 min to another call centre to have them remove my details, i am totally frustrated with there archaic customer service, time to move banks- several business accounts, home loans and private bank accounts. which bank believes in decent customer service, their tactics are disgusting to say the least
