Standard bank and their incompetent staff capture the wrong banking details for my vehicle finance and after informing them of this, they still dont change it ans keep debiting some account thats not mine. They then want to claim 2months of unpaid debits and give me a bad credit rating! This is completely unacceptable... how does the bank I have all my accounts and bond with have the incorrect information and after informing them they do nothing about it. useless bank... this is their mistake and the customer shouldn't have to suffer because of it. This will make me move all my accounts personal and business to another more competent bank!!! extremely angry.
