I put in a claim last year, as the contract stipulates that claims must be made with in 6 months of hospitalization, everything was okay, a few documents were requested, one being the hospital file, this i might add takes a of a long time and money. In december, I receive an email stating that the claim is now expired as per previous correspondence. I got an invoice from the hospital on Thursday saying that the files are ready. I would love for a senior position person to contact me, and this will be going through to the Insurance Ombudsman. You guys take innocent peoples money and do nothing. Useless Company.
