I have received my statement for my Standardbank Credit card on 18/12/2013. I subsequently made the payment on my Credit Card on that same day where it states that payments need to be made on or BEFORE 11/01/2014. Now come January I receive a statement saying that I am in arrears as I did not pay my January installment.
Your consultants keep on arguing with me saying that they don't take payments in advance? How does that work. I paid you the same day your statement came?
Now I run the risk of getting a bad credit record because of your inept systems.
