I have been calling african bank call centre numerous times from the begining of the week. I settled my account with them lasweek and requested a that the account be closed and a paid up letter be sent to me. every time i call i either fet through to a consultant who is very rude and just transfers me to a line where i get cut off or the consultant tells me they sending through a request for the account to be closed. this is very poor and i will never do business with them again.
