I have settled my loan account and i was promised that the account would be closed, i understand that i short settled the account by an amount R12.13, after i settled the account a debit order went off my bank account, this was on the 21/01/2013 todat it is the 30/01/2013. i was told that a new settlement would be quoted so that the account can close. i agreed to this last week Friday and i was promised that i would have the remainder of the funds in my account within 48 to 72 hours. its Wednesday and only today was i told that the refund will be loggged, all this time i was just to so they call centre agents could get rid of me. i spkoe to a gentleman who promised to escalate the matter to his supevisor Nhlanhla Zikhale who would make sure that i get MY MONEY TODAY just after 15:00 its now 16:00 and no feedback from Nhlanhla Zikhale, or any one ffrom African bank, i want MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. NO EXCUSES.. I WANT IT OR THE NEXT COMMUNICATION YOU WILL GET WILL BE FROM SCORPION LEGAL. I'M CALLING THEM NOW. i trusted you company and you have broken my trust.
