Service at African Bank is totally disappointing. I have paid off my account on the 14th Oct. And called the customer service department to request the account closure and settlement letter. I was told i would receive the letter the next day. And ever since last week i have been calling every day speaking to a different consultant and everytime i have to start the request from the beginning as the previous consultant have done nothing. This is really frustrating as I need to clear my name and its taking so long to obtain this letter from African Bank. The service is very disaapointing. How many times should i call before i can get assistance? Please arrange to send me that letter asap and get back to me.
