Money taken without my permission

I am unemployed and I work for myself, i have advised FNB of this fact
I was advised by the manger that they would call me in January to set up a payment plan for my loans. this never happened surprise surprise.
however yesterday when i had money transferred into my account FNB decided that this is a good opportunity to decide TAKE payment for my loans with out contacting me or advising me at all!!! I am completely disgusted with this service, how can you tell me in December that you will call me in January to make a payment plan and then as soon as there is money in my account you have the audacity to take money out of my account as payment.

FNB may have great products and the latest ideas but their customer service has gone for a ball they are terrible and when i went to the bank this morning the person that i spoke to at the branch said there is nothing he can do, he even called the manger and i spoke to him on the phone who when i advised him of the phone call to make payment arrangements he said that he can not coment.

I am not going to keep quiet untill my money is back in my account...
I have 2 children to feed and rent to pay witch i now cant do thanks to FNB!!!
