I recently received my January bank statement, and noticed a R15.00 cheque deposit charge. I pnoned the suggested telephone number, after speaking to a number of "Consultants" and being asked to supply my pin no, which I refused to do, I was told by the above person that the R15.00 charge was for depositing a cheque of R9.00. He futher said thet the bank was not prepared to do anything about it.
Then tried to phone the Banking Ombudsman, only to be told that their lined were extremely busy. Now I can see why they are so busy
