CAN'T CLOSE MY ACCOUNT/RIDICULOUS CHARGES

Last week, Saturday I went into the branch to close my accounts both cheque and credit. Reasons being:
R135 monthly charges R55 credit card charges R70 extra charges =R250
Last month I complained about cheque deposit via an ATM, which reflected as a deposit in my account, later to bounce after being assured by FNB that it won't be. I incurred R4100 loss. On the day it bounced FNB withheld all my funds, charged me R80 to uplift it. Then they charge me R16 for the cheque.
Now I when I try close my account. It is impossible. because of a mere 1.47 rand outstanding debit which takes 5 days to clear. Also I left money in my account for the R135 then an extra R70 goes off. Everytime I think I have paid it up you charge me for something else. How can you charge R77 for bank statement Printing, and for the cheque and for emails. In should all be included in the R135.

Std Bank Offers R100 for everything, including credit card.

Just close all my accounts immediately.Net the oustanding charges with the R80 Upliftment fee, that your consultant promised me would be reverse after she phoned me about my complaint regarding that cheque.
