FNB can not Protect Business account against

FNB can not Protect Small Business accounts against, I own a small events company, I was called by on the 15 May 2013, he wanted to hire a stage for the 19 May 2013. I gave him the quote or R4000 and sent my account details via sms because he wanted to book the stage. During the day I notice that he deposited money in my bank account amount R10, 680.90. When I chacked my account I noticed it was a cheque. I called him, to ask him why he deposited the cheque of thet amount, he said the person depositing the money made a mistake, I immediately advised to go reverse the cheque, so he did not reverse the cheque because the cheque failed on Sunday. When I check my account on the 21 May 2013 there is a figure of -10, 680.90 to my account and FNB is doing nothing. The FNB is only interested is their service fee the is one for R77 and the R16. Why FNBcan not this bank protect its clients against such, The public should watch out for FNB is no a safe bank especial for small businesses it is the place for. Very disappointed and I am cancelling my account with the first thing when they open the bank, I have lost lots of money to this uncaring bank no more.
