I ordered a smart device online, but decided to collect it from the FNB store instead. I was still invoiced for a R150 courier fee.
I contact FNB call centre, and they admitted that the refund is due and promised that it would be done.
It is now 3 weeks later, multiple phone calls and empty promises from FNB.
So much for the best back in SA - or so they say...
Pathetic service!
