Hi there

Placed a comment on FB about not receiving my smart device.

I ordered my device on the 9/04/2013 i have phoned and received Ref number after Ref number and still no device.

I called yesterday and was told my paper work has been lost??? what is up with this. Is this the kind of service FNB gives their clients?

I told a friend of mine about the Mini Ipad from FNB so he went and ordered one on the Monday 29/04/2013 and received it on Friday the 3rd of May a week later. He ordered a White one and got it in a week. i ordered a white one and was told the reason it is taking so long is because it is a white device.

What other stories am i going to receive before i even get my smart device.

I have decided that because of the bad service i am going to post a story on every website possible so people out there can know of the bad service i have received till i get my smart device.

Please can i have feedback ASAP.
