Between my spouse and myself we have now placed 3 orders for 5 different items on the ucount site. I must say the the prices of the items have been good, especially on featured items and perfumes.
First delivery (3 items) was ordered on Monday and delivered on Friday,
second set ordered on Thursday delivered the next Wednesday,
third order on Friday delivered the next Wednesday.
I am in a main centre.
The "Tracking" offered on the ucount website is pretty useless though. It tracks the order until it leaves the warehouse, often on the same day as the order, and then the parcel disappears until it gets delivered at your door. There is no indication on how to trace your package or even really who the courier is. it just mentions "united" as the courier.
This is very lacking, and a source of great frustration and unnecessary stress.
For everyone else who complained about shipping problems, I have collected the following information.
The warehouse where Ucount ships from is run by "achievement awards group" and the couriers is "united distribution network" who seems to be a trading name for "cdc services". You should be able to find contact numbers by searching the Internet.
