How can we help you? How can i help myself

I have a Platinum Cheque account with FNB, I have a Life Insurance and a Funeral Policy with them. Now I have applied for loans from them and I was told in June that I qualify for 10k, so I applied for that loan and the plan was to repay it in 12months and I settled it in November. I took another loan for 3k in September which i settled in December. Yesterday I called and asked how much loan I qualify for and I was told 10k. I want to know what is the criteria, how come the loan amount that I want never increases? I have a good record with FNB and this is where my salary gets paid into but FNB CANNOT HELP ME! So much for 'how can we help you"? And INNOVATION? REALLY? You cannot even take minutes to explain why? I have a wedding coming up and MY BANK CANNOT HELP ME WITH LOAN! AND YOU WONDER WHY PEOPLE MOVE TO CAPITEC? I AM GONE FNB TODAY, NOT TOMORROW.
