24 Hours and Services - Lacking

I used to be the biggest fan of [URL Removed] [URL Removed] now) and I recall the days where it would take 24 hours for a 24 hour delivery.
I placed an order Yesterday at 10am via eft, all the items were marked 24 hours and in stock. today i log on knowing fully well that my parcel will only get to me on Monday or Tuesday - and i see that they haven't even packed my parcel. The items are still "ready to pack" since yesterday.
So i sent an email to support only to have a reply saying "one of your items is 12 days delivery."
yet a second later i get an sms / email saying ALL my items have been dispatched and will be with me in 24 hours?
All i am saying to Kalahari is accept you have a service and stock issue and please stop trying to palm off your errors to others.

Having a look at hellopeter i can predict kalaharis response

AND SPEND MORE MONEY TRACKING THE MONEY YOU HAVE SPENT ON US.
