I've placed my order on 25 July (both items said it will be dispatched within 2 days). Now on the Ucount Rewards Mall it stipulates that as soon as items are dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a notification. It doesn't state how long delivery will take etc. Now on my online tracking it states my items were already shipped via United but I have received no tracking number no communication nothing! Your call centre agent tells me that when orders are dispatched from warehouse it can take 10 - 13 working days to be delivere - seriously??? Where do you specify that on you online mall? One of my products is a present and per your online mall terms and conditions I should be receiving delivery today basically (29 July) - but now I'm told 10 - 13 working days?
This is ridiculous and your callcentre agents doesn't even try and track to see where the orders are. So now I have goods on the way with no tracking number and no one to tell me where it is and when it will be delivered.
So much for Ucount...
