What is the use of UCount

Ordered items via UCount Online shopping mall (Will be the last time) on the 1 Nov with a one of the Items having a 8 Day Dispatch time, When I phoned today (Day 7) to find out what the progress was as their system shows Dispatched (Via Courier United) They couldn't tell me an told me they will need to get back to me within an hour, well much later than an hour I got feedback that the dispatch days (8) means the time for them to get it from the supplier, and then another 10 Days to get it to me. This is real bad service, and If SBSA is really committed to a Reward System they need to sort this out, I will never use their online shop again
