Went to open an account for my son. Only 2 consultants! After 45 minutes still waiting. 1 consultant still busy with the same client when I got there. 2nd one opening an account for the last 30 minutes. Clearly my son will not be a valued customer. So want to take advantage of your innovative products but You cannot expect people to spend hours in a bank so they can give you their money! I closed my fnb acc many years ago due to bad customer service but it seems very little has changed :( went to std bank and walked out 15 minutes later all sorted. That's the kind of bank I will give my business to anytime!
